Budvel infrastructure pipeline 2026-2030

The Budvel infrastructure pipeline 2026-2030 is a ₹2,254 crore government project across 182 acres of IT land run by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). It gives drivers direct access to the 8-lane Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Junction 17 and connects directly to the new Hyderabad Metro Phase 2 airport line.
This zone serves as a natural next step for growth right below Gachibowli and the Financial District. The state government designed the area with 100-foot to 150-foot wide main roads, buried power lines, and fresh water pipes to easily support over 150,000 daily office workers.
Building these roads and rail lines early stops traffic jams before large office towers open their doors. It gives tech firms and home buyers a clean, master-planned address just minutes from older IT hubs. The full zone is built to welcome new businesses while keeping daily trips fast, simple, and safe.
